Spring is here - get out and enjoy it

Well, that awful winter is over and we'll be talking about it for years. Temps in the teens and snow on the ground; there were moments when it was like a real winter out there. Short moments to be sure, but we take what we can get around here. That's all over now and spring is rolling in. Days are warmer and getting longer, and spending time indoors on days like this is such a waste. It's time to get out in the fresh air and do something, for you and your dog.

If your dogs are like ours, they probably have a serious case of cabin fever by now. More often than not this winter, the bad weather arrived on the weekend. All week long the weather would be sunny and mild and you would make plans for the weekend. Then sure enough, when the weekend arrived the temperature plunged or it rained. We really shouldn't complain about rain, but it did wash out a lot of weekends.
